You will get a high-resolution digital copy of your commission with and without watermark. Working dimensions will be no less than 2480px x 3508px (21cm x 29.7cm or A4 size paper) at 300 dpi. Lineart commissions will get a transparent PNG file as well.

Your commissioned piece/s will come with a simple color background. Line type and style will be your choice. (You may check out samples of my art to see what you like!) Lineart commissions may request for simple flat backgrounds.

Your commissioned piece will be finished in around 2-8 weeks, depending on complexity and personal schedules. (See terms for more details.)

I reserve all the right to refuse a commission regardless of the reason.

The prices listed are base prices. I may charge additional should the commissioned piece be more complex/detailed than what I normally do.

I will not imitate another artist's art style and will draw your commission as how I normally draw.

After receiving your form, I will notify you about your slot and your invoice! I will start working on the commissioned piece only after payment. To ensure that I will be able to fully deliver with the request before sealing the deal, I will be communicating with the commissioner about what will be commissioned.

Full payment will be requested upfront. Refunds will only be accommodated if I haven’t started on the commissioned piece yet. (You will be notified once I’ve started the work). For payment channels, see modes of payment below.

I will accept upgrades after payment! If you want to upgrade to a higher tier commission, please let me know as soon as possible.

Turnaround time may range from 2 to 8 weeks, as I still have work. Deadlines will be accommodated long as it is communicated upfront. Should the commissioner need a piece sooner, a rush fee will be charged. I will not commit to a rushed date I cannot accommodate.

I will be updating the commissioner on the progress of the piece. Commissioner will get previews of the sketch, clean lineart, and solid colors, before getting the final preview.

I will accommodate a maximum of 2 major revisions before the clean lineart is sent. Afterwards, only minor revisions and adjustments are allowed. Samples of major revisions are changes in pose/anatomy. Minor revisions include changes in clothing, small tweaks to expressions, or changes in colors. Major revisions after the clean lineart has been sent are subject to additional charge.

Reference photos will be greatly appreciated, especially for clothing/outfit choices!

I reserve all the rights to the commissioned piece, and I have the right to use it however needed.

All commissioned works will be used for personal/non-profit use only. Commercial commissions will not be accepted.

All commissioned works should not be edited or modified in any way.

By commissioning me, the commissioner agrees to not sell or auction the commissioned artwork in whatever form, be it physical reproduction or digital.

If the commissioned piece will be posted online, please only post the watermarked version with attached credits. If used as an icon or banner, kindly credit me. (You may tag me @hellokidongart on Twitter & Instagram!)

Commissioner is not allowed to use any part of the commissioned piece for non-fungible tokens (NFTs), nor should the final piece be used in AI-generating tools. Use of the commissioned piece for any advertising or profits associated with NFTs, cryptocurrency, or AI training is strictly prohibited.

Local commissions may be paid via GCash, Maya, BPI bank transfer or UnionBank bank transfer.

International commissions may be paid through Payoneer or PayPal.

I will be sending my account details and the invoice after I go through your request form.

Please pay within 2-3 days after receipt of invoice. Should I not receive the payment, I will give the slot to someone else. Please be sure to check your emails!
